Great stay for a great price Knowing the limitations of the venue (no maid service, doing your own trash collection and removal), you really can't beat the price.
Great for the price Close to lots of restaurants. Good for an extended stay. Good bargain compared to others in the area
Illinois Marathon Stay Good place and right price for a decent room on an "in & out" stay.
Ok My room smelled like smoke and the front staff was very nice, but hey were often sitting in be side and didn't notice when I can to the frot desk. One time I even saw tem sitting off to the side texting. There are no "extras" at this hotel and your room doesn't even get cleaned unless you stay there over 7 days or pay extra. If you're just looking for a place to sleep with no extras, this place is fine.
Better than expected I wasn’t on vacation, so the quality of the hotel might mean something different for me. My apartment flooded and I needed somewhere to stay for a week. The previous reviews worried me, but I honestly have little to no problems with this hotel, especially considering the cost. I had a smoking room because the non-smoking rooms were booked, but it didn’t stink of cigarettes. The person that works at night wasn’t very helpful and ignored me when I first came in to the point that I had to lean over the desk... read more

It is what it is This hotel served the purpose of a place to rest after Ebertfest for 4 nights. It was easy to drive to downtown Champaign and to campus. Lots of food and shops nearby. The room itself was bare bones. The kitchen was helpful, but it also didn't include the little bottles of shampoo which I didn't know in advance. The room was technically non-smoking but I could smell smoke from next door, and when I got back home all my clothes smelled like smoke. Great deal and customer service Excellent! for the rate and the quality, I am very pleased. Oscar at the front desk was very accommodating to my request for a non smoking room although it was only a request. Thank you again for making my stay so memorable.

"Inexpensive for Mom's/Dad's U of I weekend" Good value for the money- if you are looking for a place to stay for U of I Mom's/Dad's weekends it is inexpensive but basic. Very clean.
