GREAT STAFF While I was there I accidentally lost my glasses. I contacted the front desk in the evening who said that he didn't have access to the lost and found(think that is a little strange) and that I would need to call in the. morning. No problem. I got ahold of Oscar in the morning who told me that there was nothing in the lost and found but,offered to look again and check under the bed. (I thought that I might have left them on the night stand) He called back while we were at church and left a voice message on my wife... read more
The rooms were small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was great. The staff was very courteous. Also, it was quiet even though the hotel was full due to graduation weekend at the U of I.

convenient location Nice personal; very convenient location; the room was OK (except of somebody's hairs between the clean bedsheets). A kitchenette has everything you might need for a short period of stay and it was pleasantly clean.
comfy comfy and peaceful
very good the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, gave me a couple of magazines to help us find our way round town..the room itself was very clean, comfortable..i had no problem checking in, and we were running a tad bit late checking out..so they called my room to remind me and i told them our situation and they said it was no problem that we were checking out a bit later then 11am..i would def stay at this hotel again.
