What did I expect last minute When I arrived the computer system was down so they didn't know if my room was vacant so someone had to check. She then explained that my 2 bedroom might not be available because of my reservation online. I sat down to wait because this would be the first time I ever reserved online and would not be given the room I requested. The staff member came back and my room was ready. Ease of going to airport.
The room was hotter than I like but the controls were easily accessible and I was able to turn off the heater and open the windows. I had not thought to bring a hair dryer but they provided one when I asked.
