Hotel.com overbooked so we do t have a room! Awesome hotel but had a snafu from the start! Hotel clerk said the room I had booked through hotels.com was not available,but he had a smaller room. 4 adults in a 1 bed room sucked but we were stuck. Very displeased with hotels.com

Great room with inadequate supplies. Keys didn't work initially, microwave didn't work at all (no power), bathtub faucet ran all the time, no dishes or cutlery or dish soap in the room, no linens or pillows for the hide-a-bed, only 2 towels for a 2 bedroom suite, and no one answered the phone to request any. The room itself was great, but obviously lacking in supplies!

It’s an older property and kind of run down. But it was perfect for our one night stay and a great price.

Nice hotel - good stay This was just a 1 night stay, but was a pleasant hotel with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a "On the Go", so just granola bars, packaged pastries and oatmeal packets with a cup : ( The room was very nice and spacious with a kitchette, but no dishes or utensils; maybe there is a general place to check some out, but we didn't need any. They were excellent. Everything I needed was provided. Plus the room was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.
Noisy in hallways at night! ressidents did not respect others quiet times!
