We liked to room very much and loved that the windows opened. The smell of air freshener when we entered was obnoxious. The carpets in the hallways are very dirty, but the room was clean. There were people hanging out at the gazebo until late but they were not particularly noisy. The night clerk could have used a nice smile but the day clerk was very pleasant. A surprise breakfast was in store.

It was in a good location near many and different restaurants. It was very clean and it had all the dishes and kitchen amenities available without asking. The two issues I had were check-in. Since I booked through Expedia, they wanted me to pay for the room again and that took over half an hour to get sorted. The receptionist was very nice, but after a day of travel, sitting in the lobby with my tired dog, and listening to her talk on the phone to get me checked in was annoying. The hotel needs to be renovated. We were very disappointed that they ran out of “free breakfast” in less than 30 minutes, even though it was offered from 7:00-10:00.

The hotel was nice and the location was great. However, on 2 of 4 mornings, they ran out of breakfast before my daughter and I were able to eat. In general, the breakfast was unimpressive. It was nothing more than one bag of mini donuts or one single granola bar. I would have liked an additional option like yogurt or fruit.
