Close to the Outlets Room smelled smoky, even though is was a non-smoking room. One of the beds has a very hard mattress.

a decent stay if on budget room was clean. A/C smelled a little but probably thats because this is the first weekend of the year when ppl were turning on A/C. breakfast selection almost nothing... except for some coffee and oatmeal bars... more grab n go stuff. just fyi...bathroom, they provide only soap... no shampoo or body lotion.

Great Location, right on Tanger Outlets Mall I have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been pleased. This hotel is only minutes away from my work location and is located right on Tanger Outlets Mall, which makes it very convenient to shop for food or anything else!
Good hotel despite the staff. Good location - attended a concert at the North Charleston Coliseum and it was only a short walk away. Hotel was clean and well maintained, had security on premises at night. A couple of complaints: I requested two double beds and ended up with only one. Unfortunately we arrived at the hotel late and had to rush to the concert to make it on time so I was unable to take the issue up with the front desk. Not luxurious but a good value Roomy and convenient. For an extended stay, comfortable for one person or a close couple. Full kitchen stocked with dishes and some cookware. Very easy on/off the interstate. Sidewalks to the convention center. There were minor plumbing issues with a toilet that kept running and a strange vibration in the tub and shower pipes. Good sound proofing, but avoid a room adjacent to the laundry.
