it was not bad hotel. However, it needs more hospitality from its stuff.

Grandparent trip to Charleston My parents were impressed with this stay. Room was quiet and staff accommodating.

Smells I would have had no complaints if not for the terrible odor. Our room smelled between a dead rat and old cigarette smoke. Sprayed Lysol over and over, which did not help.

Great value for the money- close to all main roads Great value for the money would stay there again. If you're look to stay at the Ritz, you would not be looking here. Staff outstanding, friendly, very helpful. Close to main roads. Only issue was some cell access problems in my room. Great facility for handicap access.

Wonderful staff. The beds were a bit hard, but the room was clean and overall we had a very nice stay.
Rooms are quite big, there is a kitchen in the room, with the dish-washing machine. But the air-con is too noisy, even woke me up at night.... also, the Breakfast there is a little bit "mean".... should better bring some food for your breakfast.

great location, but noisy Everything was clean, no problems with our room. The door between our room and the next rattled every time the other guests went in and out. I suggest ear plugs. :-)
