Super clean, good location, helpful staff, great value. Better than expected. Stayed just 2 days, not sure how good it really is for extended stays.

Middle of the road. I arrived and the toilet was not working. The front desk guy came up to “fix” it about 30 mins later. The next morning it was broken again. Couldn’t be given extra time after checkout leaving me without an opportunity to shower after a charity run I came to Charleston, but I guess “that’s not their problem”.

Comfy beds, clean, updated rooms upon check in, usual amenities. Had to remember that Extended Stay apparently means you don’t get room service everyday, but you get extra towels so it wasn’t an issue. Would definitely recommend it. Great value and comfort for the price.

Like that it was dog friendly but had a strange interaction at check-in. Was told ‘we didnt know you were bringing a dog.’ Informed the employee I tried calling but he replied with the front desk usuallt cannot answer the phone due to being so busy and that it is usually transferred to a different line. So not sure what we should have done then? Not a very helpful employee. However, a woman was very helpful in helping me get a blow dryer since our room didn’t come with one.
