I didn't like the fact that you have to pay extra to have your room cleaned. We were there for 4 nights and our toilet backed up . They fixed quickly but the toilet needed cleaning and they wouldn't clean it without charging. I didn't know the rules I guess.

We had a wedding to attend and we needed a early check in and the staff were accommodating and let us check in. That made our trip complete and we really appreciate it !

The staff was very nice, however the room was pretty bad. It had a very odd smell every time we entered. Not to mention it lacked basic amenities such as a hair dryer, plenty of pillows, a real comforter (ours was more of thin blanket), and towels that didn’t feel like they were very old and crusty. The pictures online make it look like a very nice place to stay for around $200 a night. But that was really the case. I’m sure if I paid a few more dollars to stay at one of the neighbor hotels this wouldn’t have been an issue.

OK for a bargain price The staff was nice, the room was clean when I got there, the bed was comfortable, and it was reasonably quiet. But there was no maid service during the three days I was there. The breakfast consisted of oatmeal and granola bars. TV channels were very limited (no sports). Fortunately, I wasn't at the hotel much. For a cheap hotel, it was OK. Very convenient to Hwy 17 and access to Charleston.
