Room itself was fine. Neighborhood was well-situated. Wi-fi was unacceptably slow. They offer an upgrade to faster wi-fi, which makes me think the free wi-fi is slowed down on purpose. I wasn't trying to stream HD movies, just use social media and check my e-mail. When it takes a full minute to load your Facebook page, that's unacceptable. If you plan to use the internet to any significant degree, you might want to find a different hotel.

Location was around the corner of our destination. Clean rooms, courteous staff, no bugs.

Pagué por alojamiento con desayuno continental pero el hotel no proporciona desayuno, solo tiene café y té para llevar. El recepcionista fue muy poco amable y ameno a nuestra llegada, insistía en que nuestra reserva no estaba pero estaba confirmada por Expedía.

We enjoyed staying here, and would gladly stay again. We slept great on the super comfortable bed. The room was clean and Kietta was so helpful! BUT...if you are staying here...understand what this place is. It's really built for people who need an apartment for a while, but don't need to stay in an apartment long enough to sign a lease (I think I read on here that someone stayed 40 days).
