Good stay with a quirk. Wife and I here for a four day stay. Unfortunately our A/C condenser pan overflowed water down into the hotel office below our room. Maintenance quick to pull unit from room and replace it. We left the hotel for hours and when we returned we found that the replacement was not working. The room on West side and very hot. Unbeatable location for the price Perfect location for what we were there for, the bridge run. We walked to the starting line it was so close. The place was clean, comfortable and you can"t beat the price!

Our actual answer should really be yes AND no. The checkin process was great. Only thing was we ended up with the last room was the handicap accessible room. The room was clean and all but the space seemed very utilitarian and cold. The bathroom door opened out and was 4 feet wide. When it was open the entrance door would hit it when you came in. A regular room would have been nicer but the price was good and the staff and fire department were very friendly. The FD came in to attend to the burning smell from the elevator. It... read more

Nice Place Great Staff The hotel was nice for what we needed. It wasn't anything fancy, but it was clean, and the staff was very friendly. I did like the Extended Stay in Raleigh a lot better, because there was more room, and laid out a little better.

I would stay there again. Room was like a mini apt. Located across the bridge from Downtown Charleston.
