Satisfactory, but not much more The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grab-and-go breakfast was fine and the coffee was good. Was disappointed that basic housekeeping and fresh towels were not provided without request, as I would expect in this price range. Location is excellent, equally easy access to downtown Charleston and great beaches. good hotel but too noisy Room was perfect and nothing to complain about the breakfast (we already knew they provide only coffee, hot water, granola and fruit). The room have a regular fridge with refrigerator and an equipped kitchen so we brought everything we needed for breakfast. The problem was the noise especially at night. Carpet and laminate floors appeared to never have been cleaned. Walked around in white socks and the bottoms looked like I had walked outside in dirt

We liked the kitchen and the convenience in the room. Not too thrilled about the hotel fire, but the staff handled it well.

Good location...know what you want though We made a last minute decision to go back to Charleston but most were booked up. Paying more than our usual budget amount, but there were no disappointments. Clean room, very nice, quiet and on the second floor. Room 208 had a queen bed, a few desk chairs, desk, small table, double burner stove and microwave. We didn't cook any though.
