Nice but lack of customer servicr Room was clean . Pest free. Pool nice. Was lack of guest service had to wait to get checked in no one up front desk. Probably due to needing help overall not bad stay

Location, Location, Location My family stays here often when coming to the Charleston area. Extended Stay doesn't have many luxuries, but it's a great place to go if you want a nice size room at a low price. It's also a great place if you plan to eat any of your meals in the room. I like to get out early and go walking. Starbucks is a block away. If I feel like breakfast, Panera, Cracker Barrel, and Denny's are all within a block or two. I would have rate this hotel a five star until I check my bank account an notice I was charged 3 different amounts, which put my bank account on hold on a Holiday weekend.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We forgot our room keys on the first day and there was no problem with getting another. Overall the room was fairly clean and the kitchenette was wonderful. The sheets and pillow case were a bit scratchy and not the most comfortable but the mattress and pillows were fairly comfortable.
