Great staff, okay for a night. We booked this place last-minute before the eclipse; otherwise, there was no way I'd pay as high of a price as I did for this room. The staff was great - they were able to check us in early. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, it still smelled slightly like cigarettes. There's a mall nearby - it's not close to anything exciting. It also seemed like a place where people stay for much longer, true to its name.

Great Location, No Buisness Amenities During my check in the family ahead of me checking in went to their room and reported that one of the family members was instantly bitten by a bed bug when she lay down on the pull-out bed. That raised my concern but I continued with my check in. The first room I was assigned had not been cleaned by house-keeping. Nice but lack of customer servicr Room was clean . Pest free. Pool nice. Was lack of guest service had to wait to get checked in no one up front desk. Probably due to needing help overall not bad stay

Location, Location, Location My family stays here often when coming to the Charleston area. Extended Stay doesn't have many luxuries, but it's a great place to go if you want a nice size room at a low price. It's also a great place if you plan to eat any of your meals in the room. I would have rate this hotel a five star until I check my bank account an notice I was charged 3 different amounts, which put my bank account on hold on a Holiday weekend.
