Just a trip Hotel was fine. Very close to charleston and plenty of places to shop locally

Would stay here again - much improved facilities This was my second time staying here. I was kind of dreading returning, but the price was right. Well, I had nothing to worry about. Thanks to some small renovations, the foyer and rooms are much more comfortable. Customer service was great all round. Breakfast in the morning was simple (on-the-go snacks and coffee), but good. Nice hotel. This hotel was very decent for the price I payed. I really liked the set up of the room. Everything was in order and clean. I WILL DEFINATELY stay here again.

Rest relaxation It was fine. The room was comfy. Only minus the tv was on sleep timer and it wouldn't allow me to delete. Not enough channels to select. Rome was next to the elevator so heard that noise constantly. Overall it was a good stay. Clean rooms, near the mall and Walmart lots of restaurant choices

SOme needed improvements. Now remember this hotel was listed as a 2 star sooo. Upon arrive the front desk was polite but not exceptionally friendly. The next morning and change of staff was much more pleasant. I had an issue with the microwave and the fixed it immediately. However I did have a roach in the room. and the blanket had cigarette burns in a non smoking room.... The pool is small but there was a grill pool side.
