Not all bad but not all great I often see hotel reviews but this is my first one. I like a lot of people rely on these to pick where I and my loved ones will stay and for the money this place isn't terrible. It's affordable and they have what you would need for extended staying except if you don't stay for a week or longer you get no cleaning service, you have to go down and exchange your towels an linens yourself, the breakfast offered is coffee and hot tea and some cheap muffins, oatmeal, and some oranges. good price clean room Overall it was good. Problems with the internet were initially dealt with a "well that's the only code we have." After a couple attempts to get help the desk person said go to internet and get tech number and I had to remind her that I could not get on the internet. She reluctantly indicated that she would get me the number and call me right back. Nice enough! I found only 2 things disappointing. 1) I booked a non-smoking room and got smoking bc they ran out of nonokig rooms. 2) the bfast didn't include any kind of juice or milk for children.

Not exactly what I expected... The staff was great. My check in was smooth and I got two courtesy calls making sure I didn't have any issues.
