Nice hotel. This hotel was very decent for the price I payed. I really liked the set up of the room. Everything was in order and clean. I WILL DEFINATELY stay here again.

Rest relaxation It was fine. The room was comfy. Only minus the tv was on sleep timer and it wouldn't allow me to delete. Not enough channels to select. Rome was next to the elevator so heard that noise constantly. Overall it was a good stay. Clean rooms, near the mall and Walmart lots of restaurant choices

SOme needed improvements. Now remember this hotel was listed as a 2 star sooo. Upon arrive the front desk was polite but not exceptionally friendly. The next morning and change of staff was much more pleasant. I had an issue with the microwave and the fixed it immediately. However I did have a roach in the room. and the blanket had cigarette burns in a non smoking room.... The pool is small but there was a grill pool side. It was quiet and good location near the mall movie theatre and good places to eat all on the same stree... read more

Great hotel - awesome staff!! Loved Extended Stay in N. Charleston! The staff was wonderful, the room was very nice and it is convenient to everything - restaurants, shopping, downtown and the airport. I fell in love with Charleston and am planning to bring my teenage sons this spring. So much to do and see that I missed my first time around. Looking forward to seeing it all in a couple of months!
The room was fine but I was not happy with having the inconvenience of having to get out of the bed to turn the channels on the TV which was clearly across the whole room.

Our Stay! The hotel staff was nice but the computer kept freezing during check in so that took a lot longer then normal. After checking in everything was fine. The room was good & seemed clean except for the fact that the maid did not clean under the bed. There is no way she even looked under there b/c there was dirty tissues & a watch that the previous occupants must have forgotten. Other then that it seemed clean. I couldn't tell you about the dish/cook ware. We didn't use any of those.
