I love the staff, very friendly and professional. Clean rooms, get price, and the kitchen and new upgrades like the new beds and sheets where a nice suprise.

First of all, we drove right by it because the sign at the street is at ground level and was partially obscured by landscaping. Then we had to walk past other guests smoking at a trash can at the entryway portico. Then we were told that there would be a $35 charge (for our $65 room!) for early check in. Even when we explained that we didn't even plan to go to our room now, just wanted to see to the paperwork so when we returned late at night we would know we could get into the building, still no.
