Good hotel at a great price Booked room online, front desk rep was all smiles and friendly, had room card in hand within a minute of walking in, room was clean and recently remodelled, kitchenette in room was convenient, hotel was full (but quiet), neighborhood was all hotels and easily accessed from highway. Woke up to see an attendant cleaning the parking lot.

Tacky bug not tacky I stayed mainley due to price. While not the cheapest, I wasn't afraid of catching something there. My only gripe is a stepped on a carpet tack strip that divides the kitchen area from Tue rest of the room. It happened twice and it didn't feel good. Other then that, I would stay again.

Comfortable Stay The stay was nice; the first room had issues and we were moved to a better room; Brittany and staff had great customer service in accommodating us to a better room which had two nice comfortable beds, Flat screen TV, nice bathroom and WIFI. My only advice is the cleaning staff need to clean the Kitchen, Refrigerator and stove more extensively not just surface cleaning.

Decent Hotel Stay The hotel stay was ok. They were very accommodating for us. My biggest and only real complaint was that the bed was hard was plywood so I didn't get much good sleep

Excellent time We enjoyed our stay at Extended Stay America Chesapeake - Crossways Boulevard Check in was fast and easy. I was told at check in that because we were not staying longer than a weak there would not be any room service and we can request more linen. The room was clean. My wife and grandchildren didn't want to leave.

my stay it was good but no ice machines and elevator
Return in the Way it was Given Please My stay was average. I was disappointed at check-out, as the hotel clerk did not return my 100.00 deposit in the bills that I provided. For example, if left two 50.00 bills at the desk. Upon check-in the clerk put the bills in a yellow envelop with my name on it. When I asked the checkout clerk for the 50.00 bills, he said that he did not have it and proceeded to give me a 100.00 bill.
