Decent value with a few minor gripes The room was fine, but the check-in was a bit of an ordeal. It too three tries to get a room that was either clean or uninhabited, but once that got straightened out it was okay. The room was comfortable enough, but it would have been nice since there was a kitchenette in there to at least equip it with a few things - there was nothing in it. They're very basic hotels, but at the price it was good value. They could do a better job with their 'lobby' area, and they could add a few basic am... read more
inexpensive Great for price
Business Getaway No issues. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and polite.
No frills, but clean and comfortable. Grab and go breakfast consisted of granola bars, packaged muffins and coffee. Bring your own shampoo and toiletries, and a hair dryer if you need one; these are not available in the room. Back of the building is on I-64. There is some traffic noise.

Very comfortable for the price. The stairwells needed to be sprayed down and cleaned.
AC unit would not cool the room. We had to open the windows to cool the room down. Parking lot and outside halls were always littered with trash. Great location with plenty do near by.

A good choice for a short term trip Room was clean and big enough for a short term trip. Nice little kitchenette to save leftovers or save money on eating out. Check in was a bit frustrating as many people were waiting for rooms as the hotel overbooked - took more than 15 minutes as the one clerk was answering the phone, assigning rooms and explaining to others that they were moved to another hotel. AL A CARTE HOTEL w/ NO FREE maid service The room was clean and the stay was comfortable; however, I was not impressed with being told that maid service was an additional charge. I had company in from California and reserved two rooms. Our rooms were not cleaned nor beds made during our 2 day stay. In addition, I did not like the fact that the kitchen was not furnished.
