Excellent time We enjoyed our stay at Extended Stay America Chesapeake - Crossways Boulevard Check in was fast and easy. I was told at check in that because we were not staying longer than a weak there would not be any room service and we can request more linen. The room was clean. My wife and grandchildren didn't want to leave.

Return in the Way it was Given Please My stay was average. I was disappointed at check-out, as the hotel clerk did not return my 100.00 deposit in the bills that I provided. For example, if left two 50.00 bills at the desk. Upon check-in the clerk put the bills in a yellow envelop with my name on it. When I asked the checkout clerk for the 50.00 bills, he said that he did not have it and proceeded to give me a 100.00 bill. location, location,location the location was wonderful, close to shopping and resturants , hotel was ok , room was clean, we only stayed for 2 days so no housekeeping was offered, you have to call the front desk and they exchange clean towels for your used ones

When I arrived I was not pleased at all, due to the reservation that was made by Dale and Eve Persaud, this stay was paid by my son in law and my daughter, by your advertisement on line it said pet friendly so we had thought that the price for the pet was included, well!!! When I arrived I had to pay another $171.00, which was not only budget, it sure put a big dent in my pocket, I could not spend like I wanted too, then the young lady up front never delivered my dishes that afternoon, I had to eat my food with a knife and h... read more

Great Value for a Short Business Stay I am a Travel Nurse so I have stayed in my share of Extended Stay type hotels. This chain is by far the most satisfactory in my experience. The staff is friendly and the desk is 24 hrs. The room is clean and modern-looking. Coffee and fruit/granola bars are offered at the desk in the morning (not many other chains offer this little perk). Overall I am thrilled with the quality for the price. I will likely stay here again.
