There were no utensils or cookware or plates which is strange for an extended stay hotel. Bathroom door does not close properly. No bedding on the beds initially. No coffee maker, and the provided breakfast wasn't sufficient

Run down. Not clean. Chair broken in room. Did not feel safe. BUT THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY

this location smells of urine.the staff waas rude she was complaining about the late reservations coming in. i did not get the room i booked and the room smells of bodies.it smells extrmely old and dusty

Never Again During my first night there, someone in the back parking lot was playing Latin music so loudly that I could clearly hear the lyrics from my second-story room. It was after the designated quiet hours, and I had to call the police because the hotel staff seemed indifferent to the situation. When I contacted customer service, they were unhelpful and did not address my concerns. I will never stay at one of their facilities again after this terrible experience. This hotel is not up to date and the appearance of the hotel is poor. Bed was not comfortable and bathroom not up to date or clean like it should be.
