Great place to stay This hotel was extremely clean. If you are looking for a place to sleep and aren't into all the frilly crap other hotels offer this is a great place to stay. Keep in mind it is an extended stay. Room cleaning is an extra charge. Also bring bath items and request a hair dryer if needed. Great place to stay for a low price!!

Extended Stay America Chesapeake - Greenbrier Circ While this hotel was very well located and we felt safe in this area, the customer service left alot to be desired. When checking in (after 9pm) we were informed that our room was still occupied, needed to be cleaned and the manager was getting things in order. Good place if you don't need a lot. This is a no-frills type of hotel with no room service unless you pay, if you stay less than six days but you can exchange towles if you need to. Also you must empty your trash but there are areas on each floor for that. There are no hair dryers in the rooms, had to go buy the wife one. If you need shampoo, lotion or other items they are available in a vending machine in the lobby. There is only one ice machine on the first floor. Verify non smoking room the hotel was fine. room was clean. we needed a kitchen for our stay and this room functioned well. my only complaint is that we requested non smoking on expedia and when we arrived they said smoking was the only room available.
