Extended Stay in Buffalo Grove Since I am a repeat customer, check-in was fast and easy. On my first visit, I was concerned about noise from neighbors who are long term residents and oblivious to the environment being a hotel but I have been pleasantly surprised each time.

Very Good Stay Everything was correct at the hotel. I will stay again. Be aware that it is not a full service hotel with a night staff.

deerfield il The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and well taken care of. The heating and cooling system in the room didn't seem to respond to adjustments that I made. the room was first cold then hot. The fridge was very loud. The blankets were thin. There were dogs in the room next to me that kept me awake with their barking. To the staff's credit, when I called, they immediately went to my neighbors to deal with the issue. Great room for the money Very nice hotel! Great price. Our only issue was the little coffee pot stopped working, other than that, our stay was wonderful! Thank you ESA
