Smoking room We were very satisfied with our stay at Extended Stay America! The building itself is starting to show its age but the service was very good. The only minor complaint I would have is that it was very stale smelling in our room. Granted we are smokers and we chose a smoking room, but it seemed it could have been aired out during cleaning or at the least spray some air freshner after cleaning the room.
No shampoo, half used one left over in bathtub. Yuck. Front desk did give use one but had to ask, this should have been done during room cleanup. I understand trying to be profitable, but come on....
Location was convenient for our Six Flags trip. The location was very convenient for our Six Flags trip. We were disappointed that the television satellite was down so after a long day at Six Flags, there was no winding down with tv. It was still down when we checked out the following morning.

Great Location The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
six flags The night manager was rude and non accommodating. The hotel room was booked on the phone with the main phone number and the website for hotes.com advertised a $25.00 gift certificate to Nieman Marcus for shopping activities. The manager was rude and irate and said he never heard of anything so ridiculous. IT WAS AWFUL
