Traffic noise level bad hotel next to toll road very noisey. Pillows too soft bed hard.
Nice place to stay.. I enjoy the Extended Stay...they are very friendly and helpful.

Gurnee Rooms are clean enough, I've stayed in better. Shower water does not stay a consistent temperature. Service is good, depending on who is at the front desk. Grab and go breakfast is subpar.
Stayed for 2 weeks, they only cleaned my room once.
much better than our last hotel Over all was pretty good would definitely stay again price great just need better towels and need tospend a little more time cleaning under beds and walls in kitchen
