Staff are very friendly. There is no continental breakfast, it is just a grab and go bar. Free internet is horribly slow. Room could be cleaner but it is not too bad

Not a far distance from O’Hare airport . The refrigerator was extremely loud ,could use a little exterminator help found a bug on the wall in the bathroom Thank god it was the morning I was checking out

It was advertised as having a kitchen with supplies. There was nothing there to use.

The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and straightforward - the counter for sitting, eating and working was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and the access to the airport was quick and easy. The price was very affordable.

Amanda at the front desk is awesome! She is super friendly & helpful! The kitchen and complimentary pots and pans are a very nice touch. It makes it super easy to cook at your home away from home!
