The problems we had were that there was a strong cigar smell in the room and the hallway,I called front office but I never saw anyone checking out the issue.

I’ve had much better and I’ve had much worse. I liked the location, and the staff was nice. My issues start with the smell. I was told it was a non-smoking property, yet the hallways smelled like stale smoke. And, the bed was hard as a rock. Not to mention, the bed only had three pillows, which was odd! It was a nice hotel, but it also had its flaws.
