Front desk staff, mainly DENISE, was extremely unpleasant to speak to upon arrival and throughout our stay. The room window was open & had bugs flying around. The A/C was not on, dusty lamps & chairs, the fridge was completely off... so I had to go out and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean the room & bathroom myself. This is what I get for looking for an affordable place to stay

Beds comfort clean microwave dirty floors needed to be swept carpet stains room didn't stink fridge work excellent TV worked bathroom could use a better cleaning counters dirty in bathroom and kitchenette but front desk helpful cleaning staff rude wouldn't take trash told to throw away myself directed me to room where it goes next to elevator where she went down.

Ok It was okay. Nothing special. Outdated. No remote for tv. Had to get front desk to try 5 different ones u til 1 worked. One tiny 1oz bottle of shampoo for 2 adults with long hair and no conditioner.

There was about an inch of dust built up on the provided blow dryer and the smoke detector was literally hanging off the wall. Don’t see myself staying again
