The staff are nice and friendly. The service is excellent. Hopefully they will have a complimentary breakfast.
We made the reservation and paid in full because we knew we would be a late arrival. It turned out with the rain from Oklahoma to Chicago. We were very late. It was after midnight. The front desk was closed when we arrived. There was no real night staff. We did have a phone availability to try to call them. They told us that they he worked totally booked and had no rooms, but they did find a room ultimately for us. It was uh, not a great checkin experience
Everything is always good 💯
We liked that the room came complete with the kitchen essentials which other places do not offer.
