The rooms need to be updated. To many abandoned cars in the parking lot.

The front desk(susan) was the only reason I didn’t ask for my money back. There was feces all over the toilet upon my arrival and the room had a horrible old smell. I asked front desk for supplies and cleaned it myself, requested to speak to management they never showed up

Great middle of the road option if you're staying in the Chicago area and not looking to spend a fortune on lodging. Beds were a little stiff, sheets were a little noisy, and breakfast was very limited, but the location was in a nice area, the room was clean, staff was pleasant, and amenities were as expected for the price.
