no customer service When I arrived at the hotel everything was ok until I entered my room I had no towels no bars of soap a coffee maker no coffee also the grab and go breakfast was sub par. I was told that breakfast was over at 9:30 got down there at 9:00 and there wasn't anything left I ask for coffee and was told your to late once its gone we done make more mind you the hotel was full.this is my third time at this same hotel and it was great the first time then down hill from there almost seems like its under new manageme... read more

At $65/nt thru hotels.com, who could ask for more? Seriously can't say enough about the quality of my stay. It was wonderful. The design of the small room was such that I didn't feel the least bit cramped. Far from it. The kitchen, placement of the extended table with very comfortable high-backed office chair on wheels, and television made it convenient to reach for a necessary utensil or something from the full-sized frig while not missing any of the breaking news.
