I chose this hotel because it was close to home during my momcation. Overall the stay was ok. I did have to wait a bit to get checked in. The front desk staff were ok as well. I got to my suite and was overall pleased.

:( Left rested, with a lighter wallet than I liked Had a receptionist hang up on me when inhad multiple questions. Seemed like any receptionist that wasnt a manager did not know some of the hotel policies. Late check out options were unclear and not like any other hotel i have stayed at. Had to wake up at 7am to speak with a manager to find out anything. Other customers (with kids) were loud and making noise and even running up and down the halls. Will not be staying at this Extended Stay again.

not happy bad communication Poor customer servic I had called this hotel twice to ask questions oh, and I was hung up on after my first question. I had a really late check-in, night staff could only tell me I could talk to a manager about having an extended checkout if I called the front desk after 7:30 in the morning.
