My brother and I stayed at the hotel to attend a concert. It was a convenient walk to the venue and the room was clean

It was okay First, I was completely unaware of the existence of two separate buildings when I went to go check in. The website I booked the room from didn’t mention that. Then, my friend went to turn on the air conditioning and it was poorly circulated. There is also no fan for the bathroom, so it got very hot after my shower. When I pulled out the sofa bed, not a single sheet was on it and the mattress looked gross. They didn’t even leave the sheets or extra pillows on the shelf for the sofa bed. Check in was super easy and the staff were really friendly. I was traveling by myself and felt safe during my stay. The floors in the room felt a bit sticky? But idk if that was just a me thing. My key cards stopped working one day, but that was quickly and easily resolved. I really liked the location of the hotel, there were many places to eat nearby and in close proximity to the Allstate Arena.
