Good choice for events at Allstate Arena Easy check it, clean room great location if your plans involve the Allstate Arena. Main bed was good, pull out couch/ bed was not useful. The mattress was too thin to be comfortable, like most are. Also be aware that breakfast is just nutri grain bars, oatmeal packets and packaged muffins - we were fine with this but some may not be.

We went to a concert at Allstate arena, we walked to the venue! The hotel was clean, friendly staff, and the room was spacious. I have a to say the assistant manager (3-11 shift) was excellent. They we're short staff (like pretty much every place you go now), he was running around doing multiple jobs at the same time! We had to wait 10 minutes to check in, yet when we realized it was because they literally had no staff, we were impressed about his performance! Great for ORD flights Stayed here twice at the start and end of a trip flying out of ORD. Worked out well only 10 minutes from the airport and stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful when you need something not in the room which has a stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Would stay again.

Handy for ORD FLIGHTS. Nice place to stay before or after a flight at ORD,only 10 minutes away. The staff are friendly and helpful if you need anything. Good size room with a kitchen and full size refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Will stay again when in the area.
