Location to where I was going. The hotel was clean and great location.
Nice cheap hotel, poor customer service When we cheked in the desk clerk was very unprofessional she took two phone calls before she acknowledge I was checking in, could not multitask, poor customer service skills
multiple trips to get luggage to room Staff was friendly and helpful. Need more than one cart to load and unload luggage. I had to make three trips to get luggage and food to my room and my arm were loaded down each time.
