Clean and adequate room at a decent price. Convenient location, close to a shopping mall with access to restaurants. I was only there for one night but the room had a small kitchenette in it. The mattress was hard, at home I have a pillow top mattress. The staff were courteous and helpful when I misplaced my key. The room was adequate for my purposes though I would have enjoyed a swimming pool and a whirlpool.

Nice hotel, near shopping malls I booked a room at the last minute and got a great deal. I was expecting a dump for the price I paid, but it was nice! Lobby clean, room clean, bathroom clean. The bed and pillows very comfy! There is a little kitchen in the room too. The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast was just coffee, fruit and muffins. It's also hard to see from the main road. I never did see a sign until I pulled into the shopping center next door.

I would book again. This hotel is in a very nice area. It is actually located in a large shopping plaza, but it is secluded. Unfortunately, I didn't see any signage for it which made it difficult to find. Once we found it, it was very easy to access restaurants (lots to choose from) and anything else you may need. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice. I got lost in downtown Chicago, so I called the hotel. Cheaper but was it worth it? The room had a mild odor. Carpet felt disgusting so wore shoes at all times. Upon checking in the kitchen was bare. Not even a cup or piece of silverware and Had to ask several times to get the kitchen utilities. Seemed short staffed as had to wait every time I went to the desk. Location was difficult to find as the hotel is off the main highway and behind a restaurants/ business. No visible sign from the main road. Not bad for the price It's not a bad place to stay at all, but don't expect high end finishes or a lavish breakfast. It's OK, and it's well priced. We were lucky to have the "pond" view in the back, which was actually quite nice. Hotel is a little hard to find, tucked back next to Kohl's. I'd stay here again, as it was clean and basic.
