Our room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. However the shower would not work and there were no maintenance staff available to repair it. Also, there is no maid service on weekends. Even at a very reduced rate, I don't plan to return.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing This hotel was north of Chicago, in between Milwaukee and northern chicago suburbs. It was far from the city center, near great shopping locations and nature environment. We spent a quiet and comfortable night. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this to any friend.

Nice room, great rate Loved the night I spent, would definitely go back. The kitchenette and amenities were a great bonus!

The refrigerator in room 204 is very loud...but the hotel and staff is very nice and polite

Christmas Party stayover Selected this hotel because it was so close to where the party was to be held. I was greeted upon arrival with a smile, and was quickly checked in by the hotel staff person. The room was located quite close and with so little baggage I did not need a cart. Upon entering the room, I found everything i came to expect in furnishing from prior stays with this chain. Vernon Hills, IL It was okay for the price. Very loud guests out front smoking by my window. The room smelled of pets. Was disappointed that the hotel would not give a cheaper rate as I will be back and forth in this area for several months. Oh well, I have other options.
