Nice hotel, close to our convention. The hotel was much more kept up than the 'high end name' hotel our convention was in. The prices of the rooms at the 'high end name' hotel were the same IF you got the reduced rates for the convention, as at the Extended Stay America AND we got a kitchen too! Bottom line Extended Stay America is a better deal.

Great price. As advertised. This was our first time at an extended stay hotel. We enjoyed being able to leave everything out and not worry about a housekeeper. We also liked having a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The bed was more firm than we are used to, otherwise it was great!

Excellent with One Exception Water Temp difficult to control to desired temperature, but I would still stay here again. Staff is great, room very comfortable, great desk chairs for bad backs, very safe location

not great My room wasn't cleaned during my stay and I was told it's only cleaned every 7 days and you had to exchange old towels to get clean ones

Average I wasn't expecting too much with the price. The customer service was great - very friendly staff, though only one was on duty at a time and would have to leave the desk frequently to help another guest. They do a great job. The cleanliness was not too great. There were clumps of hair in the tub, lots of old debris in drawers, the kitchen sink had some dried chunks in it. Great place to get drunk for the day This is a nice and affordable place to check out if you plan on getting really drunk and have sex for the weekend.
