Wi-Fi、ランドリー Wi-Fiの説明が不十分でかつパスコードが間違っていた。ランドリーは、乾燥機がどのくらい時間がかかるのかどこにも記載されていなかった。

Great Everyone was friendly and carrying Had coffee in lobby Available twenty four seven We stay with extended stay across the country and enjoy all can not recall any major issues to speak of Basically we live in extended stay for five weeks at a time I've even had the maids wash my few dishes I put in sink night before

Extended Stay Chicago We travel very regularly & this hotel is by far one of, if not, the most friendly hotels. Every single one of the staff members were a joy to speak with & helpful. Plus they spoke with us each & every time we walked thru the door. The rooms are a very nice size & absolutely convenient if traveling with children.

The guest service rep, Matt, was amazing. Very helpful and friendly! Would stay there again because of him. Great guy and great stay.

Enjoyed my stay. Thank you. I enjoyed my stay and plan to rebook when I return. The location and basic amenities plus staff friendlness were excellent. It is pet friendly and cooking odors are apparent in the hallways but not offensive to the point of being a disturbance.

Nice location I will definitely stay here again; especially since I know about Dial a ride in Schaumburg. I was initially upset with no shuttle service to the Woodfield Mall since it is listed in the hotels name and location. I was also a little disappointed that the "pool" was at another location. The staff and hotel itself we wonderful and definitely a 10 in my book. Great kitchen in room too.

City weary 1 night stay for last of our power shopping@ IKEA and Woodfield Mall before driving home. Perfect facility after full week in hotel on Magnificent Mile. Low key, 3 min by car to any restaurant type you'd want or prepared meals to go at Whole Foods.Way to go with your own kitchenette and micro!
