Nice hotel near the mall and 3 major highways The costumer service was great. I did like the room.

Smell The room had a wierd smell in it... Overall wasnt that bad of a room... Got exactly what you paid for.

don't ask for a smoking room,,,,,,,,,,,the first one had me smoking without even lighting up. the second non smoking room was fine. clean and tidy. no frills but clean bed and good nights sleep

If you don't like the first room, as for another The first room we were given was not acceptable because of smells. They quickly gave us another room and it was great. Easy access to the area.

Nice hotel to stay longer Nice hotel with nice room with kitchen facility to make ur own food instead of going outside and spending money to buy ur meal. I had a nice experience in this hotel. Staff was nice infact every thing was good except the smell in the room. i dont know why but the smell was really weird. But i will recommend people that if they want a extended stay so they can choose this hotel in a lower price and get a nice hotel to live.

Nice hotel for the rate We had a nice stay at this hotel. I chose it because it was ten mintutes from Kings Island without the high price of the other hotels. Our room was on the second floor. It was clean and presentable. My only complaint was that the walls were very thin and we could hear the tvs from the adjacent rooms and doors shutting from down the hall.

Ok, old and smelly room When we opens the room for the first time there was awful odor all over the place. I found pieces of food still sitting in sink. There was no schampoo or soup niether hair dryer.
