Amazing value we were in town for a funeral and did not spend much time in the hotel but the room was very clean and comfortable. It was close to where we needed to be, resturants were close by and access to the main highway was very easy.

Good value but low on creature comforts I spent three nights at Extended Stay America in Blue Ash while visiting Cincinnati on personal business. My room was clean although the carpets seemed worn. There room is low on amenities e.g.; the bathroom had soap for the sink and tub, and that's it. I had to use a cup from the kitchenette, and contact the front desk for a hair dryer. The curb appeal was very good as well as the staff. The room needed some detailing, debris under bed and sofa. Both the kitchen and restroom floors need to be scrubbed, not mopping. The sofa could use a cleaning.

Good place to go for the money For the price I paid, I was definitely happy. The heater in my room didn't modulate itself, so it got really hot after a while. The service was spot on.

location but nothing else The location and the room rate are the two reasons I stayed. When i checked in , the toilet was unflushed and dirty. Though the staff quickly cleaned it up, it was a foretellilng of other issues. The weather was just changing and in the middle of the night I went to put the heat on. The unit had not been cleaned so it caused the smoke detector to engage. What a night. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, few pillows or blankets were provided, and the TV is a generation old. What convenience! We really liked the service we received at the Extended Stay Hotel. Dimitri was unbelievable. We have never been treated as great as that!! He explained everything available, how to get to the room and so much more. What a nice man.
