Extended Stay needs to employ cleaning staff. It's clear that this hotel has minimal staff. The two employees checking in were also doing laundry service. The staff that were there were friendly and professional, but I'm willing to bet they feel over-worked and underappreciated. I did not see any cleaning staff at all and the stairways and hallways reflect the lack of cleaning staff. The carpets and walls were all dirty. It explains the inexpensive rates for the hotel. Great price compared to the surrounding hotels

No parking there were people parked from a company staying there taking up 2 parking spaces each. Leaving no room for any other hotel guests. Toilet did not flush, 3rd floor hallway did not smell good at all. Back splash on stove and and vent was very dirty, and the stove electric panels were dirty. Staff was friendly and I let them know my issues upon check out.
