Nice and Convenient The staff is very nice and accommodating. They addressed any concerns quickly.

Great hotel, poor internet service The only disagreeable part of our stay was the internet access. It wouldn't work properly and I was told that I would need to contact customer support. I was busy on business and didn't have time for that so I managed without it. The site was offering a better internet speed for additional cost. Other hotels I've stayed at did not make me pay an additional cost for proper internet service.
My boyfriend and I needed a hotel to stay the night for a concert in the Covington area and it was absolutely perfect!! I would definitely recommend! The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly! Its in a very convenient area with alot of fast food/small restaurant areas within walking distance.
Awesome..... Everything was great & cozy .... The room were so comfortable & clean , relaxing too. The bed were extremely soft , comfortable .
Stripped down but clean and the price was right. The hotel was very clean and new. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor. Most rooms had no glasses or even plastic cups, but they could be requested at the desk. There were no hairdryers in the room, but you could get one at the front desk. Teh free breakfast was coffee and muffins and granola bars - which was fine for our group.
Sufficient for purpose. Wasn’t extraggavent but tidy. Staff was informative.
