Walls are really thin! I could hear people he talking all night long. No blanket on the bed. There was only a trickle of water from the bathroom faucet .

Half of bathroom mirror lights were out, key card was finicky-didn't always work, new check-in system at front desk had issues-could only activate 1 key card to give us & couldn't complete check-in registration so they told us to come back to the front desk later SO the next morning they gave our room to somebody else & a key to our door. Luckily I had the safe lock on so they couldn't get in while we were indecent. Also we got locked out of our room because we were charged for the wrong # of nights. BUGS. EVERYWHERE. A little bit of a mess up but was made right 100% We got in at 2 in the morning after a 17 hour car ride from ohio when we got there there was a mix up that they over booked. Customer service was excellent though from all of the employees they fixed their mistake and made everything right. The only issue I had was the bed was hard. But the rooms are big and comfortable we stayed for 5 nights. Thank you to the staff that helped me fix this situation and made it right. I would stay here again. A++

Convenient location and helpful staff. Also the property is new and the rooms are in a very good condition. However, the area was noisy and during the last day of my stay my room and the entire hall smelled like weed. I was definitely not happy about that because it is supposed to be a non-smoking property. So, I would surely not recommend it for families.

It was what you would expect for the price. Comfortable bed, hot water and excellent customer service. Mryna at front desk was very efficient and cheerful.
