The property was nice. My issue was room service comes in every two weeks, even trash is taken out of your room, which I thought was outlandish. You have to take old towels to the front desk before you can get fresh towels.

Thank you for the feedback. We deep clean our rooms, including sanitizing the bedspreads and shower curtains, between every guest and every two weeks for long-stay guests. Guests are notified, at check-in, of the day/approximate time of their scheduled cleanings. For more frequent cleaning, contact the front desk staff. They can help schedule those services and discuss pricing. I’m sorry you weren’t expecting this and were disappointed because of it.
