GREat value Good price,accessible location. Only issue is no one is making the room as this is an extended stay hotel. You have to bring dirty towels to the receptiom to Have them swapped. Otherwise the place seems almost new...

Great value with few extras. Very clean. Great vale for the money. This is a newer, no-frills, mini-suite hotel. Minimal room cleaning service self-serve coin laundry, and small "gym". No pool. No outdoors areas. This is just what's I needs for this stay. And...they'd accept pets!

Cash deposits mean room inspection charges. Stay was very pleasant clean room...clean bed..clean bathroom..spotless...big TV...but at check out ...room.was inspected because of cash deposit...charged $10..because gf had makeup on washcloths...very disappointed and dissatisfied with that because there was no explanation of that at check in...won't be staying there again.

Will book it again and I recommend it. Just make sure to ask for pits & pans in the lobby.

Its' okay for the price. Stay was well. Just know that when you stay in these Extended stays there are individuals living there. There is no daily cleaning services. Towels have to be "exchanged" and you clean your own room.

Clean and welcoming but... This hotel was clean and comfortable for the price. However on our last night we had visitors in the form of roaches which was unsettling. Nice hotel but they need to spray to kill bugs very regularly as this is a extended stay people eat and store food in their room which can attract vermin.

Day in tampa Clean room Small Bed was too firm for my liking No pots and pans as others have mentioned but I came prepared There was a used washcloth behind the door but I didn't notice it until it was time to go so it didn't weigh my opinion Modern Lots of parking I enjoyed my stay
