Great value. Clean. Modern The rooms have been redone they're very simple and clean. The only thing I wish I would have been advised about is that check in is not until 3 p.m. this is very inconvenient
Wood floors - better than carpet, but need cleanin Modern, recently built hotel with stylish rooms, basic ammenities, and services. Wooden floors aid in keeping typical 'musty' smell (with rugs) at bay... but should be mopped and/or vacuumed more frequently. Wife took clean bath mat from shelf and placed it on floor for stepping out after her bath. When finished bathing, noticed it was a bit wet and shook mat over tub to get rid of excess moisture. Pet friendly hotel with busy city setting. My wife and I along with our 2 dogs stayed here for 12 nights. The room size is average, with a small kitchenette. A full sized fridge, microwave and 2 burner cook-top. We bought groceries for breakfast and ate in our room each morning. We brought a toaster and coffee maker along with cutlery and dishes.
