I've stayed at this hotel several times this year for over 27 days total. Every other visit included WiFi service with no problems. This time the reception was horrible, it didn't come in. Don't stay at this hotel if you need to work while staying, or plan on purchasing the WiFi. they advertise free WiFi but they really don't offer it. I heard one assistant manager inform another guest who also had problems that they really want you to purchase it. Unacceptable, Misleading, false advertising. Sad to experience this. Comfortable and Affordable. The staff at the hotel was very nice. I didn’t know about the additional cost for room service, which was nominal. I must’ve missed that when I made the reservation. The room was clean. The location is convenient to get anywhere.
