Awesome Family Vaca I absolutely loved this hotel. it was clean all of the workers were friendly. Also that there is a cheap laundry mat right on the ground floor. The receptionist was exceptionally sweet and they were always ready to answer questions and fulfill our needs. Although I do think they should check on the rooms more often even if there are people in the rooms. But overall I loved the hotel everything was soo clean and new. Good place It was very nice and comfortable. The only thing was finding the doors to enter the building and there were no signs on where to enter either. Staff could have been nicer...a lot nicer. The room was great, very comfortable and spacious. The only downside to our stay was the 5.40am fire alarm and we didnt know if it was an accident, a fire drill or a real fire because we didnt see anyone from the hotel giving instructions or directions of what was happening at the time.
We where lucky that we arrived early and we got the room key,Because when we go out the hotel again the checkin wad closed
Very Nice Hotel!!! This hotel was awesome, to say the least. I had booked this hotel months in advance, when we got there I was pleasantly surprised at how the hotel looked, for $400 a week, I was expecting it to not be so good! To my surprise this hotel was just built like six months ago!! When we got there to check in, on expedia the minimum check in age it said was 18, so I never did call in advance like I should have to find out, being as expedia is sometimes wrong!, So we go up to get checked in and I am told that the c... read more
Horrible Service and Roach Problem Service was horrible. I was ignored and then told check in is 3pm so even though it was after 2pm they wouldn't let us in until 3pm exactly. Then the blonde lady (Simba or Seema or something like that, apparently she was the manager) who was "helping" me wouldnt answer my questions and had an attitude and cut me off while I was talking.
