Nice hotel The price you pay to stay at this hotel is definitely worth it. Staff is very nice and polite. My best hotel to stay when working in the area, very clean and quiet room.

Great place to stay Nice hotel. The rooms and entire hotel we very clean. The girl working at the front desk was so kind and courteous. The only drawback is there is no maid service. Everything must go through the front desk. Still a nice stopover.

For guests such as yourself we should provide a light cleaning daily. Our longer term guests receive a room cleaning once each week. New and clean place in a good area The property is new. The room was clean and comfortable. I used the stove and fridge while I was staying there. The bed was comfortable and there is a chair next to it to sit and watch TV. Not the biggest room but for one or two people it will be good. Bathroom was clean as well. I think a lot of it has to do with it being so new. Front desk is not open all the time and the front desk lady plays multiple roles there.

A Great Transitional Hotel The room was fantastic and the staff was just as great. The trip to the room from the lobby was always an adventure because of the rougher clientele but once we got to our room everything was spectacular. If you're between places or moving to the area I'd highly recommend this place over an airbnb or other hotels.

towels. need blow dryer and a regular size soaps towel arrangement needs improvement..was not happy '''towels soap need to be changed automatically everyday.. most hotels do and washing soap not lasting enough

Extended Stay? I wish that the hotel stated that it was also a extended stay hotel within its name. That part made me very uncomfortable. The place was very strange and odd from the very beginning. The staff were professional and personable; however, the hotel it's self told a different story. For just built it had an odd odor of tuna sandwiches and cigarettes.
GOOD HOTEL Nice and super clean. A verbal fight in the hallway around1:30 in the morning. Other than that, everything was great.

Decent hotel, Reasonable price We booked this hotel due to the reasonable price ($60/night) and the proximity to the beach (only 20 mins away). The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants, and to the mall. My only disappointments were that my boyfriend and I's keycards stop working the day of check out well before 11am, which was a little frustrating. While it's true that for security reasons the cards will deactivate automatically, your cards should have continued to work right up through the 11am check out time.
